In a claim for damages which occupied tiie attention of the Magistrate’s Court throughout yesterday, Mr Wyvern Wilson. S.M., was examining plaintiff at length in an endeavour to 1 ; arrive at the time taken to overhaul a car. Witness could venture nothing definite and finally told His Worship that he expected it would take a week —the usual time it took for a job of this kind in a garage. "That is the evil of putting a car into a garage—you cannot get it out under a week," His Worship retorted, amid laughter.
