Blondeau, who is connected with the State tobacco monopoly, declares that fashionable women will soon be smdking cigars. A new cigar of the finest texture and delicately perfumed, Is now on the market. . M. Blondeau, as the result of observations during a tour of French resorts, declares that women are natural cigar smokers.
