THE HARDLEY SHIELD. INTER-CENTRE CONTEST. A WIN FOR AUCKLAND. The return match between Auckland and South Auckland Bowling Centres for the Hardiey Shield was played at the Hamilton Club’s greens yesterday in ideal weather. Eleven rinks participated in morning and afternoon games over twenty-five heads. Auckland were me winners with thirteen games and 542 points to South Auckland’s seven games and 474 points.
