HAMILTON HIGH SCHOOL.
VISIT FROM ROTORUA SCHOOL. CRICKET AND TENNIS TEAMS. The annual cricket fixtures between the elevens of the Hamilton High School and the Rotorua High School are in progress. The Rotorua teams accompanied by girls’ tennis and cricket teams, arrived in Hamilton at mid-day, and the matches were commenced this afternoon. The games will be concluded to-morrow. The match between the first elevens was commenced on the High School Park, the- local learn batting first. At the time of going to press there were four wickets down for 114. Details:— Fraser, c Musgrove, b Hinton .. 24 Hutchins, b Matthews ... 15 Bennett, o Ryder, b Hinton .... 41 Carde, c Musgrove, b Keane .. 5 Reese, not out 24 Hubbard, not out 1 Extras .. 4 Total for 4 wickets .... 114 The Hamilton High School thirds arc meeting the Rotorua High’s seconds on Seddon Park. The visitors went to the crease, first and up to the time of going to press had lost 6 wickets for 22. Crabb otok 4 wickets for 4 run£.
