MEETING THE DEFICIT. WHEAT AND FLOUR DUTIES. V PROPOSED INCREASES. United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel.— Copyright. CAPETOWN, March 27. The Minister of Finance, Mr N. C. Ilavcn-ga, in his Budget speech, said he hoped to meet the balance deficit of £425,000 by rigid administrative economics.
