THE WAITOA CLUB. ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the Waitoa Association Football Club w r as wellattended. The balance-sheet showed a profit of £1 9s 7d. The election of officers resulted:—■ Patron, Mr E. Lye, M.P.; president, Mr D. Lewis; vice-presidents, Messrs W. S. Goosman, C. Claus, M. McLean, F. W. Walters, A. 11. Kinniburgh, J. P. Kelly, B. D. Johnson, J. Lynch, J. Forbes, J. Craig, W. S. Mills and B. Grundy; hop. surgeon, Dr. W. R. Lawrence; treasurer, Mr R. Sealey; committee, Messrs Sealey, Phillips, Marsden, Robertson, Louden and Lumsden; secretary, Mr L. W. L. Phillips.
