BREACH OF BANKRUPTCY ACT. FORMER TE AROMA FRUITERER.' (By Telegraph—Special to Times.) AUCKLAND, Monday. .Jam Gow, a Chinese fruiterer, formerly of To Aroha,, was sent to gaol to-day by the Magistrate, Mr Hunt-, for bankruptcy breaches. The crown prosecutor stated that after his insolvency Jam contracted debts amounting to £250 in November and December, lhen disappeared, being traced to Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin, where he was arrested on a civil warrent. He-went to the Ellerslic races at Christmas with £BO, losing £SS and going down South with the balance. They were lucky to find him in a Chinese garden in Dunedin.
