i PLEA TO RE-OPEN ACTION THE APPLICATION REFUSED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Monday. Mr Justice Ostler to-day- refused an application on behalf of Gerald 'L. Stead to re-open the action in which lie was involved with his wife, for the purpose of adducing new -evidence. judgment in the case will be arisen shortly.
