HEAVY FINES IMPOSED. ONE MAN TO PAY £360. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NAPIER, Monday. Arthur Yeo was fined £350 for carrying on the business of boo'kmaking. James Golding was fined £l5O for a similar offence and £IOO for using his premises as a gaminghouse.
