OBITUARY.
MR. ARTHUR DEVLIN. AUCKLAND, Saturday. The death occurred to-day of Mr. Arthur Devlin, of Matapouri. The deceased was born in Auckland o 7 years ago. The deceased leaves a widow and family of two sons and two daughters, including Mrs. Morris, of Hamilton. MR. W. C. MOUNTAIN. RUSSELL, Friday. Mr. W. C. Mountain, a wejl-kncsm and highly-respected settler of tha Bay of Islands, has died at Puremi. MR. JOHN HOLLAND BAKER. The death has occurred in London of a former well-known Canterbury settler, Mr. John Holland Baker, who was at one time assistant-Surveyor General in the Dominion.
