SECONDARY INDUSTRIES.
THE PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEE. (Ey Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Saturday. Owing to the withdrawal of Mr Jenkins, M.P., and the absence of lion. J. G. Cobbe in Samoa, the Parliamentary Committee which was to investigate certain manufacturing industries has been unable to function. Hon. J. B. Donald, Minister of Industries and Commerce, now intends to substitute a committee of three, whose names will be announced later.
