Mr W. Lee Martin, M.P., will leave Frankton for Wellington by the Limited to-morrow evening. Mr W. Appleton, managing-director of the Charles Haines’ Advertising Agency, is in Hamilton. Mr E. Darley, of Auckland, is visiting Hamilton. Rev. H. G. Gilbert, who has been on a visit to tho South Island, has returned to Hamilton. The Rev. S. N. Salas, who, for ten years has been with the Auckland Hebrew Congregation,'has accepted a call as minister of the Christchurch Hebrew Congregation. A Sydney cable message states ihai the Governor-General, Lord Stonehaven, " and his wife were officially farewellcd by the citizens at the Town liall. Mr J. Crossley Clilheree, who is in charge of the musical instruction at the Dunedin Training College, will adjudicate in the vocal and instrumental sections at the Palmerston North comd edition*.
