SUCCESSES AT TRENTHAM. Seven boys from the Hamilton High, School attended the Army Rifle Meeting at Trenttmm last week, and met with a fair measure of success, all gaining places in the prize lists. Tiia best results were obtained by Holloway, who was first in the second, stage of the championship and second 7 in match 18. Following were tho '■ scores:— 4 Match 17 (stage 1), possible 12a, —Morrison 07, Missen 0-1, Willoughby 93, Harding 87, and Buckley 87 were all placed. Match 17 (stage 2)*, possible 125, —Holloway 105, first; Morrison 80,, Willoughby 81, Missen 81, Harding 6S : were also placed. Match 18, possible 195.—Holloway 1 G-l, second; Bradley 58, Willoughby i 57, Buckley 57, Morrison 53 were also j placed. Match 19, possible 50. —Morrisou 1 38, sixth; Holloway 37, seventh; Mis- | sen 32, Bradley 28, Harding 27 were j aiso placed. Match 21, possible 100.—Buckley! G 5, fourth; Willoughby 02, ninth;’ Holloway 58, Bradley 56, Missen 51, were also placed. In the Command Teams Match forj the C.A.C. Shield (for teams of 8), Holloway, Missen, 'Morrison and Wil-j loughby were in the Northern Coin- j rnaml A Team, which was placed: third, and Bradley. Buckley, and; Harding in the Northern Command Bj Team. ; In the Karl Roberts' Trophy Match j (fire and movement; for teams ofi four; one from each command),! Buckley, Holloway and - Willoughby! were in the Northern Command! Team, which was placed second, he*' ing beaten by one point.
