Wilford, High Commissioner for New Zealand, has accepted from the Port of London Authority a water rolour painting by Mr W. Walcott. showing a vessel discharging at the Royal Albert Docks. The picture was painted by special commission. It will be. hung in Parliament House, Wellington.
