To save his face, we now have Mr .Moloney trying to form what he calls an Australian pool—with an under-cost guarantee of 4s a bushel, lie does not admit in words that all his previous promises were purely election stunts, and that he knew" it was beyond the powers of (lie Commonwealth constitution; hut his present proposal is in effect such an admission—Australian paper.
