Condensed Milk. x /\ teaspoon salt. 2 cups hot water. METHOD Mix condensed milk with the hot water, and heat to scalding point. Add gelatin soaked in 1 cup cold water. Add salt. Cool until mixture begins to stiffen. Add lemon juice and pour into large or individual moulds. When firm, unmould and serve with whipped cream or with custard sauce.
