FINGER TIP MATERIAL.

A rather quaint material is used by Jean Arthur for an afternoon frock which she wears in Charles Rogers’ next all-talking picture for Paramount,

"Half Way to Heaven." The froclc is printed with an all-over design of finger lips, wliieli is Hie latest fad in Hollywood. The colours employed arc navy, blue, white and gray. The gown is also rather quaintly made, having two frills on the sikrt, one round the extreme edge and the other round the Lips. The neckline is cut close into the base of the neck, and is finished with a loose tie in front.
