IN FAVOUR FOR FROCKS. The return of dainty lingerie rtimmiug on the cuffs and collars of frocks is another proof that the fashions are more feminine this season. Mary Brian wears two frocks accented with lace and net for her role in Paramount's all-talking production, “Burning Up," which stars Richard Arlen. ime frock, a bright blue crepe, uses ecru net. and lace at the neckline in iie fashion. The short sleeves of tire frock are terminated by matching bits of lingerie forming short ties.
