SPECULATIVE SPURT.

ON NEW YORK EXCHANGE. CALL MONEY AT 2 PER CENT. RUSH OF BUSINESS ENSUES. United Press Assn —Elec Tel.— Copyright. (Received March 20, 10. d a.m.) NEW YORK, March 19. United States Steel gained two points to reach 18T, and industrials and railway ■shares moved up similarly. Profittaking late in the day caused only a small reaction.
