MOTORIST IN COURT.
CHARGE OF NEGLIGENT DRIVING. (Special to Times.) TE ARO’HA, Thursday. A. Hirst was brought before the Magistrate’s Court at Te Aroha, charged with negligent driving. He was remanded to the 23rd instant, to enable the police to give .evidence. . Mrs J. Fitzgerald, who sustained severe injuries in the accident, is progressing favourablyl.
