DEADLOCK CONTINUES.
AT NAVAL CONFERENCE. SPOKESMAN’S DECLARATION. NO NEARER A SOLUTION. (Received March 20, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, March 19. “ The conference deadlock continues,” said the British spokesman to-day. “We are no nearer a solution than on Monday, but useful spade-work has been clone in the meantime.” Answering a question, he said tne parties are still seeking a five power agreement but the possibility of a Three Power agreement had not necessarily been precluded.
