REGULATION BREACHES.

CYCLISTS BEFORE COURT. William Coyle, for riding his bicycle without lights, was fined 10s, with costs for a similar amount, in the ■Hamilton Magistrate’s Court this morning, before Mr J. G. L. Hewitt, S.M. Harry Percy Evans, who had a reasonable excuse to offer for riding his motor cycle without lights, was ordered to pay costs 10s. Cecil Robert Glut Otto, who was involved in a collision some four hours after lie had purchased a new motor cycle, was asked to pay the costs of the prosecution, 10s, on a charge of having no license.
