Arrangements are being made for appropriate diamond jubilee celebrations, and contact is being established with some of the early players. The rainfall registered in the South Wairarapa for February was 1.17 in. rain having fallen on five days. The highest was -9in. on the 15th. For February last year rain fell on two days for a total of .24in.
