An engagement is announced between Margery Elizabeth Candlish, only daughter of Mrs Allan, and the late Lieut. J'. G. Adlan, Annand'ale, Morrinsville, and Francis Henry Hardy, elder son of Mrs Hardy, Remuera, and (he late Mr C. F. Hardy, of Whangarei.
