OUTRAGE IN DUBLIN.

Tiie funeral of Sinnott, the constable who was killed by the explosion at the Detective OtKce in Dublin, took place to-day, and was enormously attended. There was a great, public expression of sorrow at his untimely death. Mr Gladstone, who i« at a watering place, Biarritz, on hearing of the Dublin outrage, declared it te be both unaccountable and idiotic. December 29. In consequence of therecent outrage, all the houses in Dublin are being searched, in an endeavour to trace the culprits. Kevan.s, who was arrested in connect fion with the dynamite outrage in Dublin, has bu?n released. The Daily News advocates the revival of the clause in the Coercion Act, authorising private magisterial enquiry in order to discover the perpetrators of the dynamite outrages. An anononious letter has been re.-, eeived by the Right Hon. John ATorley, Chief Secretary for Irelaud, threatening him with murder. The British Government are arming the Belfast night police with revolvers.
