Nominations for the Handicap Hurdles, Ngarnawahia Cup, Ngaruawahia Plate, and Flying Stakes to be se.ut to the Secretary, Nguuawahia, before 9 p.m. on 7th January, 1893. Handicaps to appear on or about the 10th January, 1893. Acceptances to be declared before 9 p.m. on January 14th, 1593, the day of generul entry. Five per cent, deducted from all stakes to go towards improving the racecourse. The meeting held, and all racps run, subject to the rules of the Auckland Racing Club. No entry shall be received except on this coiuliliou : That all disputes and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards or those whom they may appoint. Entries, nominations, and acccp f mces must be accompanied by the necessary cash or cheque. Special attention is drawn to this rule, as there will be no t xception. The attention of horse-owners is particularly drawn to the following rule :— That the pedigree, age, performances, and colours must accompany the nomination of every horse. Bookmakers' fee, 10s 6d.
