UGANDA.

Some uneasiness is felt about Uganda in consequence of Captain Williams returning to the coast ill, and leaving the country in charge of a junior. December 8. It is stated that Captain Williams is still at his post in Uganda, his health having improved. Zanzibar, December S. Sir G. Portal, Commissioner in Uganda, will bo escorted to Like Nyanza by five hundred of the Suit ui af Zanzibar's soldiers.
