FEARFUL OUTRAGE.
(UY ELECTRIC TKLKGBAPH—COPYRIGHT.) Hongkong, December 5. A fearful outrage has been committed by Tonquin pirates. They dittoed eighty women and children and imprisoned them in a cave, announcing that they would be set at liberty on the payment of a ransom by their friends. The police were sent in pursuit, and on the pirates leurning this they suffocated the whole of the captives by burning charcoal in the cave, the entrance to which had been securely closed.
