(hy electric tki.kouaph.—copyright) London, November 27. Many noblemen and [Agents-General were present at the meeting of the Imperial Institute on Saturday.
11. R. H. the Prince of Wales, who presided, said he did not doubt for a moment but that the colonies took the warmest interest in the Institute, but yet he hoped to see a little more activity displayed by certain of the colonies than heretofore, in order that everything may be ready for the formal oiening. Lord Herschell declared that tho opposition distrust and scepticism apparent when the Institute was projected had been overcome. All the officers were re-eleeted.
