All the occupants of the police station were killed. There is no cine at present to the culprits. The bomb was intended to destroy tee directors of the Caruiaux Company, and was made so as to explode at a given time. All Paris is in dismay, and the Chamber of Deputies was greatly excited when the outrage became known. The Premier was aicused «f causing it by the weakness he had displayed in dealing with the Carmaux strikers. Ho replied that such an outrage indicated return to barbarism. Those who were responsible for exciting the passions of the people were destroying the public, A vote of confidence in the Ministry was carried by 30!) to 94. There was an exciting scene in the Chamber of Deputies during the debate on the bomb explosion. The Premier's speech was interrupted by cries of " You helped to give the strikers courage." Count De Bsmis interpolated, " They sang, ' Baron to the cannon,' and Haunted the red flag with the eonsent of the Government." M. Loubet donied those statements amid uproar. The Socialists blamed the Anarchists for the outrage. Two inspectors wore among those killed. The Carmaux miners held a meeting at which the use of dynamite was denounced. Mr Millermn, Deputy far Seine, suggests that the dynamitards will destroy the large bazaars in Paris because they are injuring the small shops. M. Loubet, the Premier, hss announced the intention of the Government to institute a wholesale crusade againt the Anarchists. November 10, A German Anarchist has been iarrested for being concerned in the Paris explosion. He had dynamite n his possession when taken into custody.
