John McNicol, first and second for rams. J. McNicol took several prizes for sheep in other classes, and James Hume is the chief prize-winner for Merinos. Holgate's Paddy Land took the first prize for the best entire suitable tot breeding hunters. The prize for the best drauehfc entire, any age, was won by John Phillip's Salisbury Ptide, by Lord Salisbury.
