FRISCO MAIL SERVICE.
(l!V EC.EOTBIC JKI.KUItAI'H.— COPYRIGHT). London, November 7. The Post Office officials imi)ly that Mr Perceval is appealing against the Postmaster-General's decision with reference to the San Francisco mail contract without authority. They admit a desire on their part to focus all Australian mails by way of Suez, but they also say that the New Zealand Government was long aware of the intention to make the change. Mr Perceval regrets that these statements have been made.
