The Now Zealand and Australian Land Company has declared _ a dividend of 8 per cent, and carried £10,000 forward to tho reserve fund. The American Government is urging tho release of Gallagher and tho other dynnmiters. The survivors of the Roumanm make sorioit'i charges of negligence against the officers of the vessel.
