HUNTLY.
Change or Proprietors,—Mr H. H.
Gould, who took over the flax-mill at Rangiriri about three months ago, has sold out to Mr Gerharty, of Tunkau, who will keep it running, Mr Gould having entered into a contract to supply him with the green flax. Hie continuous wet weather experienced lately, which keeps the rivers and lakes up to fuch a high level, _ interferes very much with the getting and transporting of the green leaf. The recent rise in the price of the dressed aiticle has given a little impetus to the trade, as the flax-getters, too, participate in the increased price.
