♦ TO TUB EDITOR. Sin,—As the Cambridge Road Board do not seem inclined to cause the stuff' that has been thrown out of the drain on to No. 1. cross road at Hautapn to be spread ! I should like to know who will pay the damages when an accident happens, as there assuredly will. Perhaps the Board will take this matter into consideration at their meeting on Saturday, and let the ratepayers know who is responsible for the neglect. If the members of tho Beard cannot attend to a small matter like this, it is time they retired and made room for others.—l am etc. Disgusted Ratepayer,
