The people of Astrakhan are rebel ■ ling against the precautions insisted upon by the authorities against the cholera, and are pillaging the public offices. The doctors are in hiding, an 1 two chemists were killed by a senseless mob. In spite of the fact that numerous cases of cholera have broken out in Nijni Novgorod, the usual fair will open in that city on Wednesday.
