OuiltK. —The Chairman explained why sr> I'inu; a tune had elapsed without a meeting having beon called, and read the resignation <if the clerk, which he had received that inorninK.—The rosicnatinu was accepted, oud Mr Tlionia-i Haitly was then unanimously appointed chirk, treasurer, and collector to tlie Board. Trkb-i'lantlvh.—Thn Chairman and Mr 11. Kirkwond were appointed a committee to a>'ranpe. for planum; trees on the flat of the Like llesej vo ; also, for cutting and thinning other tree# where they deemed it —Me.-srs L''is!ier and Walker wete appoii,terl to arrange for the ldntitlr.ut and improvinf; of the Cambridge U'c: t Uesei Vu and Coui'.-tury.
