The Conserve.)ives have, up to the present, returned 01, the Unionists .S, tin; Gladstonians G-j, and antiJ'arnelHtes 2. The Labour party gain the Walwort.h seat, for which Mr Saunders defeated Mr C. IT. Isaacs by 206 votes: and Middleton, for which .Mr AY. S. Wilson defeated (he Home J-iulo candidate by 029. and the Uni ,nistrcprcrentative by ,'!.3S vole«. The Unionist gain Camlaehie (Glasgow), Mr A. Cross defeating Mr Cullough, the Homo Utile candidate by ;J7l. Mr Cunninghame-Graham pulled OOfi votes. The Labour victories are Mr AY. K. Cremer, at Shorediteh, by a major,'y of !>OO and Mr Allen, at Newcast.le-uuder-Lyme, with a majority of 1200. In the Battersea election, Mr J. Burns (labour) polled oGKS votes against Mr Cliinney, the Conservative candidate, who secured 1007.
The Unionists gain "West Belfast (Mr Arnold Foster polling -12CG votes against. ;;i27 by Mr T. Sexton), Walsall (Mr E. James), Wednoslmry (Mr Wilson Dloyd). Mr J. I'. O'Connor's majority at Liverpool was 100 S. Baron de Worms gained his seat (Toxtctli K.) by 1 ">, and Sir G. Baden Powell by nine votes. Mr Burt, the Labour candidate, was defeated, though he polled heavily. July 7. Mr Gladstone is being sevcrely heckled by his opponents in the course of his election campaign, and lie is reported to be greatly irritated at the persistent attack,s levelled against him. He is also suft'ering from a cold. At Newark North Notts), Mr O'Brien was elected. At Newcastle, which returns two members, Mr Hammond (Tory) was at the head of the poll with votes, Mr J. Morley 10. Olio, and Mr J. Craig 10,68(5. Messrs Morley and Craig, both Glalstonites, were tie old tnem- | bers. At.Merthyr Tydvil, Messrs D. A. Thomas and Pritchard Morgan, I J iberals, were fleeted.
The returns so far give the Conservatives 124, Unionists If, Liberals 91, Labour members ;>, Nationalists -1. The net gain of the Gladstone party yesterday was seven. Mr Maurice Henley and Mr William O'Brien wore elected for Cork city by great majorities over Mi" John Redmond and Mr Hegan (Parnellites). Mr Hugh Watt, the former member for the UamJachie Division of Glasgow only obtained 17!' votes. The Unionist majorities at Birmingham for seven members exceed 2-1,000. Kilkenny City has returned Mr J. Curran, who defeated Mr J. O'Connor for Waterford. Messrs W. Redmond and D. Sheehy were returned unopposed. The Liberals gain Lime Mouse (Mr Wallace), liow and Bromley Division
of Tower Hamlets (Mr McDonald), and North Camberwoll (Mr Baylcy). The members were re-elected for Whitechapel, Stepney. Mile End, Poplar, lirightside, Hallam, Dulwick Doivsbury, Sheffield, Tottenham, Fulhain, Central Division of Kingston-on-Hull, Ecclessivll. East Leeds, Attercliffe, and South Leeds. An address signed by Revs. New - man Hall and other nonconformist ministers of Great Britain assures Ulster of their sympathy and assistance. The Dublin Chamber of Commerce has passed a motion condemning Home Rule.
