Hill, "That a special rate of 1-Uitb of a penny be struck over the Whaingaroa Road Board, Town of Raglan Road Board and the districts of the Karioi Riding for too purpose of payine the interest and sinking fund on the £2-12 loan, borrowed for the erection of the Raglan wharf."—Carried.
