MESSRS REYNOLDS AND GO. AT WHATAWHATA.

PURSUANT to advertisement, Mcsrrs Reynolds and Farley met the Whatuwhata milk suppliers at the factory at 2 p.m., on Wednesday. There was a good attendance, Mr E. C. Shepherd being voted to the chair. Prior to the regular business, the Secretary read the lector, recently sent by the suppliers to Mesata Reynolds and Co. r.3 the sale or lea-°e of the factory to them. This was approved of, and a price fixed upon and added to the offer. Mr Reynolds then stated that in futiire the payments for milk would tan upon the basis of butter testa, KabcMck'-i patent used. After sornu disenssion, a motion was un iminously carried, accepting Mes-rs Reynold-* and Co,'s prices and terms, and thnnking them for the increased price, li-ifore leaving, Mr Farley mentioned that a competent engineer was under engagement, and would be employed throughout the season in looking after the different factories.
