Several magnificent lines of both cross-bred and merino wethers realised values which may appear sensational to those who did not see the sheep, for it seldom occurs that so many " wonders " art) yarded on the fama day at Addington. Xeedloss to say that competition was good for first quality freezers. Second rpiality ewes also met fair competition, and merino wethers wero a shade better than last week's. Crons-brcd wethers Ills to l'Js Id; cross-bred ewns, ]4s to 18s lid ; lambs, 12s to 14s 3d.—Fat Cattle: A full supply, with :v fair proportion of prime jnality, was yarded.
