Despatches from Venezuela state that the commander of the Insurgents reports that he captured Cotnarubo. tind the concealed butteries at the mouth of the Kicoii, and routed the Government forces, several hundreds of whom v. ere killed, and a large number taken prisoners, and great quantities of munitions of war were also seized.
