A heavy thunderstorn brokalrajer the city yesterday. * The electric light wire at the corner of Russell and Lonsdale Streets was broken. A man named Audrews seizad the wiro and was knocked down. Another man, Hubert Wells, in attempting to assist Andrews, caught him by the wrist and was struck dead. Andrews escaped with a severe burning. The force of the electric current was two thousand volts.
