BOARD OF REVIEWERS.
The Board of Reviewers, Messrs J. J. BarUßh (chairman), J. B. Teasiale, and R. Rathborne, sat at Hamilton yesterday to hear the objections as to the valuations in the County of Waikato and Borough of Hamilton. Mr W. Duacau represented the Department, and Messrs Hope, Fitzgerald, Fascoe and Jones, assessors for the various districts, were also present. The following are the cases dealt with:— TVAIKATO COUNTY. TAMAHERE DISTRICT. New Zealand Land Association, Mre D. B. Thornton, R. Salmon —no appearance; valuation sustained. H. W. Tinne—Capt. Steele appeared on behalf of the objector. Reduced tj £810. CAMRUIDGB DISTRICT. Bank of New South Wales—no appearance ; valuation sustained. KIRIKIRIROA DISTRICT. Executors of T. Beethatn, Bank of New Zealand Estates Company, New Zealand Land Association, George Starr, William Vant, Peter Guthrie, Charles Starr, Ludwig Zelwin, Wm. Taylor, Bank of New Zeahnd Estates Company—no appearance ; valuation sustained. HANGIRIIU DISTRICT. Olivia Dawning, Charles Drumgool, F. and J. McGahen and W. C. Daldy, James Dilworth, Janet Grandison, C. 11. Mclean, Waikato Coal and Shipping Company, John George, Joseph Mordaunt and Euphemia Robertson. William Wallace, Eliza Johnson, Margaret Schlinker—no appearance ; valuation sustained. E. T. Dufaur, Executor* of W. J. Cawkwell. Bank of New Zealand Estates Company, Waikato Coal and Shipping Company —no appearance; valuation sustained. Taupiri Reserve Colliery Company, valuation £2050, reduced to £700. C. J.
