Buett, or owner of Sections 3 and 4, Parish of Whangamarino (98J acres), for rates amounting to six shillings and threepence (6s 3d) aud costs; and Mrs Sarah Bridoet, or owner of Sections 51, 53, Parish of Whangamarino (100 acres), for rates amounting to six shillings aud threepence (6a 3d) and costs. The owners of the above-mentioned properties are required to have, and produce to the Court, at the hearing of the oases in the Resident Magistrate's Court of Waikato, to be holden at Hamilton at 11 o'clock a.m. on FRIDAY, the 20th day of May, 1592, the orignal notices of demand.
