Sec. NOTICE OF ISSUE OF SUMMONSES AGAINST RATE DEFAULTERS. Public notification is hereby made in terms of Section 34 of " The Rating Act, 1852," that SUMMONSES have been taken out, on behalf of the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Waikato County, by James McPherson, of Kirikiriroa (the person duly authorised to collect rates for the Council of the said County), against Emma R. Buett, or owner of Sections 3 and 4, Parish of Whangamarino (98J acres), for rates amounting to six shillings and threepence (6s 3d) aud costs; and Mrs Sarah Bridoet, or owner of Sections 51, 53, Parish of Whangamarino (100 acres), for rates amounting to six shillings aud threepence (6a 3d) and costs. The owners of the above-mentioned properties are required to have, and produce to the Court, at the hearing of the oases in the Resident Magistrate's Court of Waikato, to be holden at Hamilton at 11 o'clock a.m. on FRIDAY, the 20th day of May, 1592, the orignal notices of demand.
