(JIY KLKCTHIC TELEGRAPH.— COPYRIGHT.) Brussels, May 4. A man arrested at Atons confessed (hat with the help of four others he intended to dynamite the l'osidonccs of leading citizens. Arrests continue in Liege The police believe they possess a clue to a wide-spread plot for terrorising citizens. Much dynamite lias been seized, but the recent explosions wore caused by tho help of a forcite of which large quantities have been stolen. More outrages are feared. May 5. One of those taken into custody in connection with the outrage at Liego has confessed the crime. Madiud, May 4. The Spanish Government proposes that tho judges should try the dyna miters without a jury. Paris, May 4. The Archbishop 'of Paris has con* veyed a message of consolation from the Pope to M. Very, who was seri* ously hurt in the explosion at his restaurant. San Francisco, May 4. A house at Los Angelos, crowded with people, was dynamited, and the occupants badly shaken.
