Tho label on tho package was branded " WW." and was addressed to a southern suburb. Tho tide waiter instantly thought of Williams, tho Windsor murderer, and, after a search eight other packages with similar brands and addresses were found. The police flag was hoisted, and tho handed over to Sergeant Dwyer.
