Auckland, Last Nighty At ft special meeting of the Provincial Agricultural A-si.ciation it was decided to send a, circular to the Secretaries of all Farmers Clubs and Societies in the province urging united action on the part of farmers to further the cause of agriculture and attempt to consolidate kindred Societies in the province. No detailed scheme lias yet been formulated, but provision has been made for the full representation of country societies at the meetings of the central body. It was decided to establish a registry for farm labourers in connection with the Association. The Association presented tiie President, Mr Massey, with a handsome silver tea and coffee service.
