THE COAL PANIC.
(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. —COPYRIGHT.) London, March 5. Merchants deprecate panic over the coal difficulty, and allege that there is snfficient common coal for all purposes. In consequence of tho advance in the price of coal the London and NorthWestern Railway Company are reducing the number of trains per day. Shipbuilding and other yards continue to dismiss hands, the owners refusing to pay panie prices for coal, which has advancod a further Is 6d per ton.
