Yesterday.—(Before Capt. Jackeon, R.M.) Breach of Branding Act.—J. McNicol, auctioneer, was charged on the information of Mr W. A. P. Sutton, Inspector of btock, with having unbranded sheep in his possession contrary to the Brands and Branding Act. Defendant pleaded guilty and a fine of Gd per head for each unbranded animal and costs, 7s, was inflicted. Waikato Hospital Board v. Gabby.— Claim :£2 Bs. Defendant wrote offering to pay the amount by March 14th, and an order was made that the amount be paid by that day. .. Shekp Worrying,—His Worship gave judgment in the case Teas v. Thoma,s claim, £2 5s for sheep worried, the nlaintitt being nonsuited with costs, £12 18s 6d. No Appearance.—The caso Cassmy v. Cowborough, claim, £3 7s 2d, was struck out there being no appearance of either party. .
